How we vet our haulers

Our haulers are vetted, insured and bonded. For every request, a real person checks your address, your size, your date and your debris before you get a price.

Our haulers

Your dumpster is delivered, picked up and taken to the disposal site by one of our local haulers. Our haulers are vetted, insured and bonded.

Insurance and bond, before the first job

Before a hauler takes jobs with us, they must show us a current certificate of insurance and a bond. A hauler that can't show both doesn't get jobs from us.

You deal with us from start to finish. We stay your point of contact for changes, extra days, early pickups and questions after pickup.

What a person checks for every job

Quotes are not automatic. Before you get a price, someone on our team works through these questions for your address:

  1. Can we reach your address?

We check the access details you gave us, like a tight driveway, a steep slope or street placement, before you get a price.

  2. Is your size free on your date?

Busy weeks fill up. If the size you picked is out on your day, you get the next size up at no extra cost (heavy debris stays in a 10-yard).

  3. Will the disposal site take your debris?

Disposal sites set their own rules for things like mattresses, yard waste, shingles and heavy debris. We check what applies for your load and your area.

  4. What will disposal cost?

Landfill and transfer-station rates vary a lot from one area to the next. They set the weight allowance and the per-ton rate in your quote.

What you get in writing

Your quote states one delivered price, the rental days, the weight allowance and anything that could add cost, such as the rate per ton over the allowance, extra days or item fees. Nothing is booked until you say yes. Read our booking policies.

Local rules we flag

  • Whether street or alley placement needs a city permit at your address.
  • Items your local disposal site won't take, or charges extra for. See what can't go in a dumpster.
  • Heavy debris, like concrete and dirt, which goes in a 10-yard filled to a marked line.

If something isn't right
