These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Dumpster Dingo ("we", "us"). By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to them.
What we are
Dumpster Dingo is a booking service. We arrange roll-off dumpster rentals with independent local hauling companies on your behalf. The hauler supplies, delivers, collects and disposes of the dumpster and its contents. We do not own the equipment or the disposal sites.
Quotes and prices
- Prices on this website are typical ranges and estimates for information only. They are not offers.
- Your quote states the price for your job, the rental period, the weight allowance and any additional charges (such as overweight, extra days, item fees, permits or trip fees). The quote is the agreement for your rental once you accept it.
- Requesting a quote is free and does not commit you to book.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about the job, debris and placement.
- Make sure you have the right to place the dumpster where you ask, and get any permit or HOA approval needed for street or shared placement (we'll tell you what typically applies).
- Keep prohibited items out of the dumpster and do not load above the top edge.
- Keep the placement area clear for delivery and pickup.
Placing a heavy roll-off on a driveway, lawn or other surface carries some risk of marks or damage. Boards help, and the hauler will place the box where you direct, but surface damage at a location you chose is generally your responsibility unless the hauler was negligent.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are usually possible before the hauler dispatches the truck. Any fees for late cancellation or a failed delivery or pickup are stated in your quote.
Limits on our responsibility
We work to choose reliable haulers and to deliver what we quote. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any rental is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Using this website
Don't misuse the site: no automated scraping or bulk submissions, no attempts to break its security, and no false or someone else's information in the forms. Content and images on the site belong to Dumpster Dingo and may not be reused without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you accept a quote apply to that rental.
