This policy explains what information Dumpster Dingo ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- What you tell us: your name, phone number, email, delivery ZIP and address, and the details of your job (dumpster size, debris type, dates, placement, notes).
- Partly completed quote forms: if you type your email or phone number into the quote form and leave before sending it, we may save what you entered so far, so we can help finish your quote.
- Technical data: your browser type, the page you came from, campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm or ad click ids), and a one-way hashed version of your IP address used for spam and abuse protection.
- Analytics: if we enable analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Microsoft Clarity), they collect usage data like pages viewed, clicks and device type through cookies or similar technology.
How we use it
- To price your dumpster rental and reply to you by email, phone, or text (texts only if you agreed).
- To arrange your rental with a local hauling company. We share the details needed to do the job (name, phone, delivery address, job details) with the hauler we book.
- To run and improve the website, measure our advertising, and prevent spam and fraud.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box, we may text you about your quote and booking, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of getting a quote. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies for the quote form itself; it keeps your in-progress answers in your browser's session storage so they are not lost if you go back a page. Analytics and advertising tools, when enabled, set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle questions and meet legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, through our contact page. Depending on your state (for example California, Virginia, Colorado and others), you may have additional rights, and we will honor verified requests as the law requires.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and limited data collection to protect your information. We never ask for card numbers through this website.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
